With great games as Crash, Spyro (Before they were sold in respective order.) Ratchet and Clank and Jak. Oh, and who could for get Resistance and Uncharted. Who is the better company? A few random sales #'s to help you with your decision, even though some of you are like me and think sales don't count:

Resistance 2 sold more than Uncharted 2? There should be some kind of law that would have prevented that.

What part of uncharted do you like more than resistance? Just a question because I agree.

I never played the 2nd Resistance. The first was good, but not great or anything.

Just going by the general consensus - which was that Resistance 2 was worse than the 1st and UC2 was like the greatest PS3 game ever.

So basically judging by some previous posts of yours over Crash and Spyro, I'm assuming you like Naughty Dog because they're game are more awesome and violent?

Im going with Insomniac here. Spyro and Ratchet > Crash and Jack

Not sure what to think about the current rivalries, havent played either resistance but I do own 2, will get to it in the near future hopefully, havent played Uncharted 2 yet, and have been playing the 1st Uncharted, and while it is a good game, I do hope that people were raving over UC2 because of significant improvements over the first and not minor touch ups, because if its the latter, Im clueless as to how UC2 was not only a GOTY contender but won pretty much every award. I really do hope its because UC2 is better in every way to a significant amount.

Not to say Uncharted 1 is a bad game, its pretty good overall, story is okay, and graphics and voice acting are top notch given 2007, but the explosives look like they are from a PS1 game, and the shooting/cover mechanics arent as good as Gears of War, a game that's a year older, and strangely the controls feel more stiff in combat than Gears, odd since you are using light weapons and are lightly armored in UC while in Gears you usually use big hulking weapons and wearing armor that probably weighs about 200 pounds, but Marcus Fenix just knows how to move better than Nathan Drake in combat I've noticed. Also the waterski sections of the game are terrible because there is absolutely no challenge or excitement to them.

I gotta go Insomniac, if only because I'm a big Ratchet fan.

(well... at least I was... haven't played anything except the PS2 ones..)
