It depends on how much work and life gets in the way, i'd say usually around 15-30 hours a week, but if it's a busy week it could go down to 5 hours or less. It's hard to pinpoint

Id say i play 5-10 on various platforms (phone/handhelds/consoles/PC). Work sucks up most of my life :S. (Hey Shpe Ed: who do you follow in the footy? Im from Geelong so yeh GO CATS!)

Examples Mass Effect 2 - Played for 2 weeks, each week was a bout 55 hours game time, 110 hours game time I played mass effect 2 for. Gears of War 2 / Bioshock - Got both these games on offer last year, at least clocked 48 hours in a week playing through them

I wouldn't want to be in that 4% actually. Between work and gaming, that wouldn't leave much time for anything else.
