That's the thing which baffles me - we've heard so much complaining about Kinect and the Wii that they don't have any "core" games. Yet, when they show a core game being played with one of those devices, we all say, "motion controllers suck!" and "I would hate to play a game that way!!!" So... which is it? Are we disappointed that MS hasn't really shown Kinect working with core games, or are we happy about it because we hate Kinect anyway? Gamers are dumb, is basically the gist of it. We only want what the others don't have - and even then we're not really sure about it. It's all about agendas, which is why it's impossible to gauge interest in something based on internet communities. We don't say what we mean, we say what we think the other team doesn't want to hear. |

well Chibi likes new things Chibi was all for the touch screen and motion sensing when it was 1st announced what gave motion sensing a bad name is the same thing that almost gave the touch screen a bad name. a bunch of devs rushing to try to cash in on new tech, so the games had horrible controls. any game that adds motion and touch in a good way was always welcomed even the folks that hated motion sensing would say they should do more like this. the main reason Chibi thinks people aren't bashing MS motion as much as they're bashing Sonys is cuz Sony just made an even more retarded looking wii mote while MS made something where you don't need a controller.

A light/infrared combo could have been used if they really wanted them to light up that bad. Example, between matches of 1 vs 1 the controllers light the orbs so when players return they can easily identify their controller. Game starts, light dims or shuts off so you don't have rainbow orbs flying around in front of your face. | |

I do agree that move controllers do look a little ... weird. But they certainly look like they work ok.
