in all honesty the only thing you're whining about is the 3D, while ignoring all the other new features, hell even if the had no 3D the thing would've been well worth the power

nice graphical upgrade, gyroscope, etc.

chances are if they didn't add 3D you'd have nothing bad to say about it.
