well the bear killer did put a lot into this site to keep it interesting, but when he started to give up he posted many links to KFZ

the owner returns and sees this and demods all the previous mods

kinda sucks but it was also kinda expected

that's like working for Wendys and when you find a new job a McDonalds you try to get all the costomers to eat Mc. while you're still a manager at Wendys

of course you're gonna get fired.

but as said before he helped out a lot, and there was no real reason as far as Chibi knows to demod everyone else too

as for the pic

I almost think I remember someone predicting this would happen at the time the move was made. At least they have the active owner that they really seemed to think was important even though it has caused the community they cared so much about to fall apart faster than it would have here. Especially since I've never had any problem getting in touch with Dennis (which reminds me, I've been meaning to send him an email for a while now but never get around to it).

And in regards to several oldies leaving I know what you're talking about. I went to the trouble (my IP appears unable to view the KF forums) to go there and say hi, I find out that rounds hasn't been there for months.

On another note this discussion is well off topic so we should probably move it to the 5 million thread or it's own topic. Or perhaps I'll use my special powers to do it.

I also have no problems with Phoenix. I don't agree with how the move was done but he did what he thought was best so whatever. I'm not sure why so many people showed up here upset when he was demodded as it should have been expected just as Chibi said.

As for the others being demodded that was mostly a combination of not needing that many mods and not knowing who if any of them would still hang around.

As for the move and still losing the community; allow me to say "I said so". I predicted long before the move (and posted it in those threads here (cba to find them but they are still here in this forum)) that moving wouldn't fix a thing.

Also anyone knows which kfz member Tevlen is? Such rabid Nintendo hate can only be found on that site ^^

I agreed. We seemed to be the most vocal against the move and it's hard to say that we were wrong although in the end it doesn't really mean much. The claim of "We need to do this to save the community" was obviously garbage from the start and anyone that believed that wasn't using their brain, but I'm sure those that moved will at least claim to be happy with their new home, and I've been happy with what still remains here so maybe it worked out for everybody in the end.

We've attracted a lot of spam bots. At least they keep us busy with moderating stuff.

Otherwise I guess it's best to just try and find friends or people from other forums that are interested in gaming and suggest this site to them. That and maybe posting some new topics that are meant to try and generate discussion/controversy. I'm thinking of some new debate/discussion topics since they seem to be generating some activity.
