Official Car Thread

I've been waiting for a long time for a thread like this. Since most of us are driving adults, I figure why not have a thread that we can post our rides and talk about car stuff. Daily drivers, project cars, dream cars, family cars, anything. Post them here.

This is my ride. It's a 1975 Vw Bus.

It's name is Albert.

This is my project. It's a 1956 Vw Bus. This is going to take a LOT OF WORK. But at least I know exactly what I need to get for it.

I'm going and towing it to my house tomorrow on a trailer.

Sadly I haven't got a car at the moment been relying on public transportation since I sold my old car, although we plan to buy this car before the end of the year.

I drive my dad's SUV as of 3 days ago when I got my license.

Honda Pilot, I believe 2003.

Well, A few days ago, got 'er home.

And here she sits.

Now I just wait until I find an old wrecked bus I can use for a good chassis and interior parts. The real value here is that I have the title. All the value is there. Well, that and how good of shape it is.

I plan on getting a ton of repair panels from Klassicfab. You can actually buy a complete rolling chassis from them. Don't know prices though.

Also from Klassicfab, I plan on getting the Samba roof windows and side windows to turn that Panel bus into a complete Samba bus.

By the time I would be done (Say 10 years from now) ideally, I want it looking like this:

Jesus, I love my Buses.
