Yeah Blackberries do have good battery life, but then again they have much smaller screens than things like the iPhone or Nexus One.

The Blackberry Storm for example, which is a large touchscreen device, has poor battery life too.

Blackberrys are useless to me. I'm no corporate drone, I want something with games, calendars and mail are secondary
Most of the time I use my iPhone at work is to access blocked sites and play games.
It might come as a surprise, but I'm looking forward to see what Microsoft does with WP7S and Xbox integration. I think this could be the XBox portable I've been waiting for.

Yeah the iPhone 3G is on par with the majority of smartphones. It's just that before the iPhone all I had is cheap ~$30 phones with days of battery life. The DS Lite also had me spoiled. I hate how the iPhone dies after 4-5 hours of gameplay.

Yeah that kinda sucks, but it comes with the territory. I sometimes miss my old Sony Ericsson that lasted a week on a charge. Then again, it did nothing but calls, text and a calender.

I wont mind an extra milimeter or two in thickness to allow for more battery.
No no no don't make it any thicker!!!!!!

The 3GS is a tad thicker than the 3G and it feel really wrong in the hand or in the pocket of my pants because of that. (I have a 3G btw don't feel any need to update to the 3GS)

$216 unsubsidized

I'm not an expert on Japan but Kyocera is a major player in Japan, selling Android handsets this cheap can only mean one thing....

Android will take over the world

Android is going to be the MS-DOS/Windows of smartphones. (in terms of marketshare)

Dying to buy a PS3 for Uncharted 2 but my pride says no. And I still love EA.

Well... i got a smarty-pants phone. i'm posting from it now! It's a Samsung Immersion. Got it for freeeeee! It's certainly no iPhone or Droid but it 's not bad.

I won't be keeping the data plan long though.
