Someone mentioned it in the 5hp thread, so thought I'd bring this back.

How's the Windows Mobile phone doing - as far as reviews and such are concerned? I've been seeing a lot of commercials lately. I wasn't impressed, tbh.

I was very surprised at how positive the Ars Techinica review was.

Wow - nice! The fact HTC is using it is probably a plus, no?

HTC aren't using it exclusively (HTC have invested heavily in Android as well), but yeah, they make nice phones.

Windows Phone 7 isn't all good though, they definitely need to work on some features. (copy/paste, multitasking, proper SD card support)

Windows Phone 7 owns.

And the ads are brilliant, some of the best smartphone ads out there, smartphone ads are usually terrible (there's the ultra terrible Palm Pre ads, but others like the Droid ads suck ass too, but the worst are the Blackberry Messenger ads.)

I bought it in the morning it came out, hell, I was the first person in my entire county to pick one up. It's great looking, runs great, and is miles ahead of anything else I've used recently. Plus, with the Focus, it's the first time I've gotten to use a AMOLED, Which is mind blowing.
