People have opinions, and sometimes they differ greatly. I never ever cared about how a game is reviewed, I only care about MY opinion, because it's the only one that matters to me.

I know I am going to be buying Bladestorm, even though the reviews are less than Spectacular, because it is getting lots of comments about it being a fun and long game, its got its share of problems though, but that's nothing I am not used to, and its one of the only games of its kind, you dont see mainstream studios like EA and Ubisoft making any of those style of games, so polish just isn't going to be as common in such a game.

AA title confirmed. PS3 failed. (On a serious note, Gamespot doesn't have a damn clue how to review anything. They can't sensibly believe what they give games. It's just impossible. R&C is clearly a victim but not the first and not the last. They just hate Video Games.) Reviews should, in some way, convince you of what kind of content is in the game and it's quality. If you don't like FPSs, don't buy Halo. If you do like them, do read reviews and find quality ones - it's not hard really these days. |

I don't see why people like this game so much. I own a PS3 and its the best system ever but this game is for 9 year olds imo.

Just Because Its A Platformer And Lacks Gore Doesnt Mean Its Meant For 9 Year Olds. When Did It Become Popular To Focus On How Adult And Polished A Game Is Over Gameplay? Oh And Yea Gamespot Is Trash. Forgive The Uppercase, Opera Browser On My Phone Default

Of course, RPGs are a different beast which requires an engaging, deep, multidimensional storyline, but then agin, R&C isn't that kind of game! | |

| If the game is fun to play, why should it matter what age bracket the game fits into? There's plenty of "adult"-oriented games that are a pain to play!

Yeah they need to fix their Mass Effect score.
